  8. Belch! is a little Extension that causes your Mac to have a case of indigestion: it lets out a nasty belch every once in a while.  This Extension is fun to put on your friend's (or co-worker's) Macintosh... sit back and watch the fireworks!

  10. To install Belch!, simply drop it onto the System Folder of the machine you wish to give indigestion and restart it.

  12. Belch! is completely free; I hope you enjoy it!

  40. If you don't like the icon I provided for Discolour, you CAN change it
  41. with ResEdit, but there are some precautions.  The resources you
  42. will need to change are 'icl4' #256 (the 16 color floppy disk icon)
  43. and 'icl8' #256 (the 256 and greater color floppy disk icon).  Here
  44. are some things to keep in mind:

  46. 1) Work only on a COPY of Discolour in case you screw something up.
  47. 2) DO NOT modify the 'ICN#' #256 (b/w floppy disk icon) or the
  48.    floppy disk icon mask; this will cause Discolour to no longer work.
  49. 3) DO NOT distribute modified versions of Discolour.
  50. 4) Use only the Apple recommended colors in the 256 color icons so that
  51.    the icons will dim properly when they are clicked on.
  52. 5) Make sure the color disk icons you create fit exactly within the
  53.    icon mask or they will draw strangely.
  54. 6) Send me a copy of your work if you can!
